RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit or exchanges under the following guidelines:
• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
STORE CREDIT ONLY
All approved returns will be issued as store credit. No cash or credit card refunds will be provided.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Food, beverages, and consumable products
• Books, Bibles, devotionals, journals, and study materials
• Candles, bath and body products, and personal care items
• Jewelry and accessories
• Seasonal and holiday merchandise
• Clearance or sale items
• Custom or personalized items
• Vendor booth rental fees, event tickets, workshop registrations, or venue rental deposits
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item is damaged or defective at the time of purchase, please contact us within 3 days so we can make it right.
ONLINE ORDERS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
The Pink Chapel Market reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.
