SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
SHIPPING METHODS
We currently ship within the United States using USPS and other available carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders of $150 or more before tax and after discounts.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available at The Pink Chapel Market in Lewisville, Texas. Customers selecting local pickup will receive an email notification when their order is ready.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or lost packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
